1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply alongside any specific rules published for individual promotions, game categories or sports betting markets. Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only. In all other respects, these Terms govern.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use pakr98, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be registering as an individual using your own true identity – corporate accounts or accounts opened on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the platform.

3 Account Responsibilities

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pakr98 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not apply currency conversion charges. Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and select mobile wallets.

Deposits are credited to your account balance on confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by channel. Most mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, Easypaisa) confirm within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on banking hours and the originating bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals are processed to the same channel used for the deposit where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not negotiable except where the payment provider no longer supports the transaction. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

6 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on pakr98 covers cricket (PSL, international T20, Test), football, esports and other sports as listed in the Betting section. By placing a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the time of bet placement and acknowledge that those odds may change for other bets placed at a later time.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot edit, amend or cancel a placed bet except through the cash out feature where it is available on that specific market.
• Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket, this means the result as declared by the umpires and confirmed by the board.
• In the event of a match abandonment or no result, bets are typically voided and stakes returned. Where a match produces a result via the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method or other revised target, bets are settled on that official result.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market type apply. The applicable maximum is displayed on the bet slip at the time of placing the bet.
• If a technical error results in incorrect odds being offered, pakr98 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, even after settlement has taken place.
• In-play betting markets may be temporarily suspended during a match. Bets cannot be placed during a suspension period. Markets reopen once the situation that caused the suspension is resolved.
• Accumulators require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. A void result in one selection is typically removed from the accumulator and remaining selections are resettled. This is stated specifically in accumulator rules visible on the bet slip.

7 Casino Games

• Suspicious financial activity including patterns consistent with money laundering.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal dispute.

• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months where there is a positive balance. In such cases, a dormancy notice will be sent before any action is taken.

In cases of suspected fraud or Terms breach, pakr98 may suspend the account immediately and without notice pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any legitimate funds returned. Where a breach is confirmed, funds derived from the breach may be forfeited.

Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance that has met all withdrawal conditions will be returned to the player following the standard verification process.

11 Privacy

13 Limitation of Liability

The total liability of pakr98 to any player for any claim is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.
